What is included in the retreat?
Your stay at Almendro del Mar, daily programming, workshops, breakfast and dinner, group experiences, and scheduled activities are all included. Airfare is not included.
You’ll fly into Liberia (LIR), Costa Rica. From there, transportation details and recommendations will be provided to help you reach the retreat location smoothly.

Not at all. This is a “You Do You” experience — you’re encouraged to choose what feels right for you each day. Participate fully, rest, explore, or simply enjoy the setting.

Each day includes optional wellness sessions like yoga, meditation, and breathwork, along with opportunities for adventure such as surfing, spa treatments, excursions, and creative experiences.
Yes. Chef-prepared breakfast and dinner are included each day, designed with fresh, local ingredients.
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo and find it to be a deeply meaningful experience while still connecting with others.
Both shared and private room options are available. You can choose the arrangement that best fits your comfort and budget.
Yes. Whether you’re new to these practices or have been on this path for years, the experience is designed to meet you where you are.
This is an intentionally intimate retreat with limited spaces. The maximum group size is 25. This allows for a more personal and spacious experience for everyone attending.
