Is this a live session or a reusable practice?
This is a reusable practice. Your meditation(s) are delivered as downloadable audio files for lifelong use, so you can return to them whenever you need. You’ll also have one live call with Jo at the beginning to understand your needs and intentions. Think of it as having your own personal meditation created just for you.
No. Custom Guidance is not therapy, coaching, or mental health treatment. It is a supportive addition to your existing practice. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical care, and Jo is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. Your wellbeing is always your own responsibility, and this offering is simply here to support your personal journey.
We offer a range of packages, from a single custom meditation to multiple recordings created over time. Reach out to explore which option feels best for you.
Availability is intentionally limited each month to ensure every experience receives full care and attention. Once your request is approved, delivery typically takes 7–14 days for one meditation.
These meditations are designed to be integrated into your existing routine. You’ll also receive recommendations for complementary practices from Jo’s public library to help support what you’re working toward.
This is not an ongoing coaching relationship. Once your meditation(s) are delivered, the experience is complete. The intention is to give you a tool you can continue using independently, whenever you need it.
