We begin by gently reconnecting with the body and breath, followed by a series of easy, open ended, self check-in style questions that invite gentle reflection and awareness. After each question, there is intentional silence, allowing your inner voice the space to respond.

This practice is a reminder that there is no right or wrong, only deeper listening and stronger trust in your own ability to recognize what is present. An invitation to come back to yourself, and to trust what you already know.
