💛 This guided EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping meditation is here to support you through pain, discomfort, or illness – physical or emotional. This session follows three rounds of EFT tapping:
Acknowledgment – The first round invites you to gently acknowledge your current experience, pain, or symptoms without resistance.
Openness to Change – The second round softens the body and mind, opening you to the possibility of relief & healing
Shifting Mindset – The final round helps shift your inner dialogue, supporting a new, healing narrative, tapping into your strength, wholeness, and potential for change.
