🕯️What does it mean to really hold space? During this practice, we use the concept of holding space as a container for presence, safety, and surrender. So often we move through life carrying our roles, responsibilities, and masks we’ve learned to wear. But here, you are lovingly invited to set it all down. In this space, you are safe to simply be. To process what’s in your body, your mind, and your emotional field. You are safe to experience whatever arises, as this meditation is space for you, and only you.
