🕯️What does it mean to really hold space? During this practice, we use the concept of holding space as a container for presence, safety, and surrender. So often we move through life carrying our roles, responsibilities, and masks we’ve learned to wear. But here, you are lovingly invited to set it all down. In this space, you are safe to simply be. To process what’s in your body, your mind, and your emotional field. You are safe to experience whatever arises, as this meditation is space for you, and only you.
💭So often our minds become cluttered, whether it’s from absorbing the thoughts and beliefs of others, or carrying the weight of what’s happening in our own lives. This meditation is a practice of creating space and clarity within our body, mind, and hearts.This meditation follows a structure that includes guidance, 2 minutes of unguided space, and closing guidance – you also have the option of 10 minutes of just music at the end, if you wish to stay in this space longer. Use this meditation anytime you need to strengthen your focus, release mental clutter or overwhelm, and find space within.
🌑This meditation is a sacred return to the soul, a deep and spiritual release into the stillness of just being. During this practice, we will let go of identity, roles, and ego… everything we’ve been told we are. And in that gentle surrender, we come home to the current beneath it all… the soul, the awareness, the space.This is a meditation of spiritual emptiness – not lacking, but limitless. A space where nothing is expected of you. A moment to dissolve into the vastness of peace, intuition, and presence.
🧠 This meditation was created to strengthen your focus and bring clarity to your mind. Just like any other muscle, the mind must be exercised and trained—and this gentle practice does just that.Using simple breathing and counting techniques, you’ll train your mind to stay present and focused. Over time, this practice will help you cultivate a stronger sense of clarity, not just during meditation, but in other areas of your life as well.This meditation is perfect to revisit 2–3 times a week, offering a simple yet powerful way to enhance your focus and sharpen your mental clarity.
💆So many of our practices here focus on cultivating specific energy, but this practice is a little different. This is an invitation to sit with yourself, exactly as you are, without guidance, without a specific goal or intention.Rather than trying to create or shift anything, this space allows you to rest in presence and find comfort within your own inner world.We begin with a short period of gentle guidance to help you arrive in your body and settle into the moment. From there, you’ll be held by music alone for four minutes (no guidance, no instructions) just open space to let this practice become whatever you need it to be. We then close the practice with soft guidance.This is a practice of pure presence, inviting you to come exactly as you are.
