Returning to the Rochester Institute of Technology as an alumna to speak with a graduate business class was a full circle moment.

I was honored to be invited back to share my journey as an entrepreneur and to speak about self-leadership, building a business from the ground up, and creating a life that feels aligned with your own definition of success. We explored the importance of trusting your intuition, taking unconventional paths, navigating uncertainty, and having the courage to build something meaningful from an idea.

One of my favorite parts of the experience was the conversation with the students. Their thoughtful questions and curiosity made for an inspiring discussion about entrepreneurship, purpose, and what it really means to create a career—and a life—that is authentically your own.
