Jo Rose Speaks on Artificial Intelligence and Human Well-Being
I was honored to be invited as a featured speaker and workshop facilitator for this collaborative event exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and mental well-being.
As AI becomes increasingly integrated into our daily lives, conversations around its impact on human psychology have never been more important. One emerging challenge is technostress—the stress and anxiety associated with rapid technological change. Research suggests that nearly 2 in 5 technology users experience high levels of technostress, underscoring the growing need for practical strategies that support resilience and digital well-being.
Throughout the event, I facilitated an interactive mindfulness workshop and guided meditation, sharing evidence-informed techniques to help regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and cultivate greater presence in an increasingly digital world. It was a privilege to contribute to a multidisciplinary dialogue that brought together science, technology, and mindfulness to explore one of the defining mental health conversations of our time.
